To Secure Your Booking
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required. No booking will be held for any more than 1 week without this deposit. The full balance, as stated on the invoice number provided, is due on or before the night of the event, before performance. This payment is to be made in cash, although card payments can be made on the night. However, there is a 2% processing fee on top of the total fee stated above for payments made on card. 

Cancellations
For any cancellations made within 4 months of the event, 50% of the remaining balance is to be paid to Adam Cooper Magic within 1 month of the cancellation. Any cancellations made within 1 month of the event are to be paid in full to Adam Cooper Magic within 1 month of the cancellation. However, should payment be made within 2 weeks of the cancellation this will be reduced to 75% of the remaining balance. 

Failure to Attend
Should Adam Cooper be unable to attend your event, due to ill health or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative performer of equal skill, for the same cost. If this is not found to be acceptable, your deposit will be refunded to you.
 

Priority Bookings / Exclusivity
As stated above, the agreed fee may include for Priority Booking / Exclusivity. If stated, this means that you have the first choice of timings for your event, and up to a 1-hour grace period beyond the agreed start time, should your event be running late. You also have the right to change the start times of performance up to 48hrs before performance. Adam Cooper Magic reserves the right to take other bookings on the same date, however, any additional bookings (Stated above as non-priority) will be made aware that they will be given a time slot based around that of the priority booking, which is subject to change within no later than 48hrs of their event, with the possibility of performance time being delayed by up to an hour due to the grace period given to priority / exclusivity bookings.
